The self-government of Warmińsko-Mazurskie Voivodship offers nearly 80 ha of investment areas located in direct vicinity of Olsztyn-Mazury Airport in Szymany, the largest airport in north-eastern Poland.
The investment areas have a valid zoning plan and about 60 ha is designed for industry and services. Currently the land is being prepared for investment (deforestation, connecting infrastructure, construction of access roads).
The location in the vicinity of an airport and the access to a railway line create perfect conditions for the development of logistics companies as well as companies providing services connected with aviation sector. First such companies have already expressed their interest in investing in Szymany.
