Investment areas owned by local government units are sold by way of:

  • open oral tender procedure;
  • restricted oral tender procedure;
  • restricted written tender procedure;
  • open written tender procedure.

You can find information about organized tenders on the municipal/city’s website, in the Public Information Bulletin, on notice boards in the municipal/city office. If the land is owned by a natural person, the COIE employees will help in getting in touch with the real estate owner. The land is sold by signing a sales agreement between the landowner and the investor.
