12th edition of the “Open to Scandinavia” conference will be held on October 30, 2025, at Hotel Wileński in Olsztyn, Poland (5 Ryszarda Knosały Street). For years, this event has attracted consistent interest from Scandinavian companies who are looking for reliable business partners in Poland.

The “Open to Scandinavia” conference has been organized by the Regional Government of Warmia and Mazury since 2013. Over the course of the previous 11 editions, more than 1,000 participants have taken part in it, including several dozen entrepreneurs from Scandinavia. The event is an excellent opportunity for Scandinavian companies to engage in direct discussions with entrepreneurs from Warmia and Mazury which often mark the beginning of long-term business relationships – many of them result in trade agreements and ongoing cooperation.
