{"id":2066,"date":"2022-02-08T11:12:33","date_gmt":"2022-02-08T10:12:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/invest.warmia.mazury.pl\/?page_id=2066"},"modified":"2022-03-15T14:34:14","modified_gmt":"2022-03-15T13:34:14","slug":"project-completion-and-acceptance","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/invest.warmia.mazury.pl\/en\/investor-guide\/i-have-already-selected-a-location\/project-completion-and-acceptance\/","title":{"rendered":"Project completion and acceptance"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Upon completion of construction and prior to proceeding with the use of the built structure, the investor should file a notice of completion or obtain an occupancy permit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The building permit specifies whether a given project requires a notice of completion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If the building plan of the built feature required fire protection or hygienic and health requirements to be agreed, then prior to submitting a notice of completion and of intention to use, the State Sanitary Inspectorate and the State Fire Department must first be notified; they should take a stance on the compliance of the built feature with the building plan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In most cases, the notice of completion is filed with the poviat construction supervision inspectorate competent for the project location.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If the notice is found to be incomplete, the construction supervision authority will send a request for its supplementation with a deadline. If the defects are not rectified within the deadline, they will issue a decision objecting to the notice of completion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If, on the other hand, the notice meets all the requirements, the construction supervision authority will accept the notice of completion with the so-called \u201ctacit consent\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can start using the built feature after 14 days from filing the notice, provided that the construction supervision authority has not objected to the notice within that time limit, or has issued a certificate stating that there are no grounds for objecting to the submitted notice of completion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Upon completion of construction and prior to proceeding with the use of the built structure, the investor should file a notice of completion or obtain an occupancy permit.
